I came to QC Kinetix with Hip and Knee pain that I recognized as serious because I had a hip replacement on my other hip. I did not want to go through that surgery again. I am a registered nurse and researched this therapy before deciding this would be a better option to try so I could prevent another joint replacement. What a great choice this was for me. I could hardly walk without hip pain before coming in and had to limit my otherwise active life because of it. After the first injection I saw improvement. With each step, I continued to improve. I was at about 80% of full function when I came in for the final PRP injection. I had relief of the minor pain I was experiencing by the evening of this last injection. I am looking forward to continued improvement and relief of pain. I would highly recommend this therapy and encourage anyone to embrace this healing, less invasive therapy over joint replacement. The staff are all skilled, knowledgeable and caring.
Loved all the people at QC Kinetic. They were all very professional and very nice to talk too. I had osteoarthritis in both knees. I lived on ibuprofen everyday and took additional ibuprofen for golfing, working out or just to walk. After just the first procedure I was able to golf without any ibuprofen and haven't taken it since. I just finished my last procedure and I am able to golf, walk and workout. My knees are a little stiff but they are still healing and I've never been happier.
I walked into QC Kinetix the last week of December. At the time I was a 6-12 Advil user a day because of the pain in my hip. The last week of June I took my son and grandsons deep sea fishing. Rough water in the morning and then a hike to the light house in the afternoon. Last weekend 3 mile walks with my wife and the dogs. All of this pain free. My activity level is up and my discomfort level is way down (depending how much more I am doing every day). No more over the counter pain medication. I really did not think this was possible when I started the treatment. The staff has been great and the treatments have been a life changing experience for me.
