After a few back and forths with the designer we finally locked in on a plan. Marco and his crew showed up and completed the job with success. The crew was large, the complicated job was done within a day. Cleared tons of weeds, created a path, demo’d previous pavers, and added beautiful, paver patio. Marco, the crew lead, was very helpful and extremely nice. I recommend hiring this company for your next landscaping job.

Where to begin in describing my satisfaction with Guaranteed Excellence. We just built a new home, and as anyone knows, the outside of the home is just as important as the details inside the home. Angie met me MONTHS before we were ready to lay landscaping to design the outside of our home. She kept in mind our overall design style (modern farmhouse), met our HOA guidelines, and came with suggestions that met my budget. When it came time to finally lay the irrigation, sod, and additional elements the team navigated a changing timeline due to builder interruptions. They were patient and understanding! When it did come time for install, Rafa (owner) and his team were onsite daily ensure each detail was attended to – soil grade, tree placement, even taking the time to educate us on how to drain the irrigation system ourselves. Our project isn’t even complete and I already LOVE every element (especially my garden boxes). I cannot recommend Guaranteed Excellence and the work they do more!

I assume you’re here reading these reviews to determine whether to use this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I just had my backyard done with them. They were the best price, their service was excellent, and they showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. I dealt with Angie and Marco and couldn’t have had a better experience. They listen to my feedback while also guiding me on what would be smart long term. This was really the differentiator for me. When starting this project I actually had eight quotes provided to me and guaranteed excellence was the best priced. I didn’t do anything crazy with my backyard so honestly I think anybody could have completed the job, but I am not confident anyone else would’ve done it so quickly and with such good communication. I was so pleased with their work that I created a Google account literally just to leave this review. Well done GE, thank you!!

We used Guarantee Excellence landscape about 10 years ago for our backyard and they did excellent job back then. There were many times I wish I could recall their contact information for our landscape needs because other landscapers we used didn’t measure up to their performance. However, out of the blue we received one of their mailers and we hired them to regrade our front lawn, install a retaining wall, replace and reseed the lawn with lower water required seeds and install water efficient sprinkler heads. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and will use them again in the future.

Marco Alvarado and his team just completed a large patio area with pavers, and it looks GREAT! They are really good at planning a project and executing it in a thoughtful, efficient manner. Not only does it look beautiful, but it will also drain water away from our house much more effectively. They are careful, precise workers who take their projects very seriously. They have done several other drainage mitigation projects for us in the past, as well as our regular pruning. We believe their prices are quite competitive. What is different with Guaranteed Excellence is that you are getting Rafael and Marco’s expertise backing their project bid. G.E. did a terrific job of laying in border stones, taking down several stumps, installing a tree and several bushes, adding an irrigation drip line, bringing in a large amount of soil prep material, removing a LOT of rocks in the soil and prepping a very large area for native grass seeding. They made a tough job look easy, and they made it look great. These guys are great.
