About St Albans
St Albans () is a cathedral city in Hertfordshire, England, east of Hemel Hempstead and west of Hatfield, 20 miles (32 km) north-west of London, 8 miles (13 km) south-west of Welwyn Garden City and 11 miles (18 km) south-east of Luton. St Albans was the first major town on the old Roman road of Watling Street for travellers heading north and became the city of Verulamium. It is within the London commuter belt and the Greater London Built-up Area. == Name == St Albans takes its name from the first British saint, Alban. The most elaborate version of his story, Bede's Ecclesiastical History of the English People, relates that he lived in Verulamium, sometime during the 3rd or 4th century, when Christians were suffering persecution.

Amy did our wedding cake in October 2022 and it was incredible. I started speaking with Amy around April/May 2022 about the cake for our wedding and she was so lovely and knew exactly what we wanted. As soon as we tried the sample cupcakes she sent us, we knew it was going to be good. Our wedding cake tasted delicious and had been decorated beautifully - it fit perfectly with our theme. Amy also did some vegan cupcakes and gluten free cupcakes for some of our guests, and those were equally delicious. Thank you Amy for helping make our day so special. We’ll definitely be buying some cake from you again in the future :)
